Good quality, fresh food. Pork guisada with rojo sauce was fantastic. Brisket taco was acceptable... tasted good; ever so slightly dry. Pleasant staff. Clean. Interesting framed photos of old western TV and movie actors on one wall.

Recommend Fried Catfish and Shrimp

Got the supreme burrito, came stuffed with refried beans, ground meat, covered with shredded lettuce, tomatoes, cheese sour cream and guacamole, it was quite delicious. Good service, good food in a relaxing and friendly environment.

We were part of a large bus group that stopped here for lunch. We found the service to be great and the food very good. The fajita I had was tender and tasty. The cheese enchiladas were also very good.

The ground beef is very bland the service is hit and miss. I’ve never went to a Mexican restaurant and not had chips and salsa included, you get chips and salsa if you order off the Mexican platter menu. Over all it’s definitely a 2 star for me

Very good breakfast. Clean. My husband loves their homemade fried pies , because they're not sugary sweet. Nice people.

Real good carne guisada and beans and rice were awesome.

Great place to eat in Texas panhandle but recently stopped serving on Sundays when hunters, tourists, church goers and motorcycle riders need them the most. Also stopped serving breakfast at 6 and changed to 8 after everyone needs to be at work.

I always try to stop here when I hike on the Caprock Trailway. Food has always been good and the place has always been clean.

Great little place to eat..

A good family owned and operated business. The Chile rellenos are delicious as well as the salsa. Always satisfied when I visit my folks which is often. Wish they were still open on Sundays though since there's not much too chose from in Turkey lol. But also there other locations are really good too.

Good old fashioned small town cafe. Specials on the blackboard. Tex-mex and country dishes. I had the chicken fried steak. It was very good.

Their tea has a rustic taste to it . the food is bland and it was like everything taste like water. The girl ( waitress ) , only came over twice and that was to bring our drinks and food out . made zero eye contact . I'm from out of town and was NOT impressed at all. If I'm ever in that town again , I will NEVER visit at this restaurant

Great little cafe. I split my time between here and Caprock Cafe when I go to the park. Can't go wrong with either place. This place is open more than Caprock Cafe.
